Dance in Dunmow is a dance class business operated by Laura Cadwallader, a self-employed sole trader.
I am responsible for deciding how your personal information is used when you book or attend my classes.

I use Bookwhen to manage bookings and customer information, including names, email addresses, class selections and booking records.
Online payments are made through the payment services available via Bookwhen. The relevant payment provider processes payment information to complete transactions and administer payments or refunds.
Bookwhen and the relevant payment provider may process information on my behalf or for their own purposes, depending on the service and their respective responsibilities.

7. How long I keep your information
I keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice.
Booking records may need to be retained to deal with enquiries, refunds or disputes and to meet legal and financial record-keeping requirements.
I retain marketing preferences and any necessary records of consent or objections for as long as needed to demonstrate compliance and ensure that marketing preferences are respected.
I periodically review the information I hold and securely delete or anonymise information when it is no longer required, unless the law requires me to keep it.
